Tanja Ineichen

Head of Leadership & Transformation

Tanja Ineichen heads the Leadership & Transformation Department, where she designs and moderates leadership and talent-management development initiatives. She assists executives in times of radical transformation and supports talented individuals on the road to the C-suite in fine-tuning and strengthening their leadership profile. She lectures on leadership topics such as lateral leadership, commitment, power and authority, dealing with polarities, and vitality within organisations.

Curriculum vitae

After studying economics in Vienna and Vancouver, she held various managerial roles at companies of different sizes in the DACH region for more than two decades. Tanja Ineichen has extensive experience in the retail sector: She has spent more than 15 years setting up and heading group-wide leadership development initiatives within the Migros Group. She was a project manager within the reform project for the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in Retailing and for the development of a federal diploma in retail trade management. 

Tanja is an alumnus of the executive programme of Singularity University and has completed the leadership series of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her professional mission is to develop the potential of people and organisations alike.  ​
