Around 80% – that's how much of an impact our lifestyle has on longevity. The rest is determined by genetics. If you know your risk profile and therefore your own genetic predispositions, you can take specific measures to counteract these. For example, with nutritional supplements or personal training plans – all tailored to your individual needs. This is because longevity focuses on your own health through personalised medicine. "For me, longevity doesn't just mean living for a long time, but more so on being healthy for a long time," says Leonie Bode, co-founder of the Ayun Longevity Clinic in Zurich.
