In a world in which work is shaped by technological progress, great adaptability is just as important as qualifications. Daniel Susskind believes that education alone is only useful if there is still enough work for everyone. "It's incredibly difficult to anticipate what jobs are going to have to be done and what skills are going to be required," Susskind said. Given the very uncertain future, a high degree of flexibility will be vital.
