Exactly the right environment for the two-day course. Feeling at ease in the bright, open location was a very important point, as was the high level of commitment from the staff, friendliness, cleanliness and, of course, the very good service for the physical well-being with the fine food. A great venue with lots of rooms and a fantastic library, which is also an event room. I can only recommend organising an event here. Only the car park situation is problematic.

Inspiration and perfection find synergy here: Our researchers are internationally renowned speakers and will be happy to speak at your event and provide inspirational input. Our highly experienced event team will support you in the planning and organisation of your event. From room design and technical equipment to catering, we are here to ensure your individual requirements are met.
If you require overnight accommodation, we will work with select hotel partners in the surrounding area who meet our high quality standards. We would be happy to support you with the organisation. Your vision is our mission. Together we'll organise a truly great event!
A SUSTAINABLE EVENT THAT MAKES A LASTING IMPRESSION
At the GDI, all aspects of sustainability are important to us: our kitchen only uses regional and seasonal products, many of which come directly from our own garden. We serve a wide range of vegetarian/vegan dishes and make full use of meat products.
Our rooms are heated and kept cool by eco-friendly systems, and our decorations come either from our own garden, local flower partners or the Migros Museum.
This approach allows us to create a wonderful ambience, while also making our contribution to a sustainable future – and means you can hold your event with a clear conscience.
YOUR EVENT AT ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
Our event venue is available all year round – from Monday to Friday, flexibly and in line with your needs. On Saturdays, we can reserve the GDI exclusively for your event with a minimum cost of CHF 20,000.
The specific opening hours are based on your event and can be agreed individually. For viewings or personal consultations, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable appointment.
