CURRICULUM VITAE

Jennifer Somm has more than 15 years' experience as a CEO and board member, including at Rufener Events (now MCH Global) and Bernexpo Groupe and most recently as the Managing Director of the Zurich Film Festival, whose strategy and structure she successfully developed further. In addition to holding a master's degree in finance and accounting from the University of St. Gallen, she completed further training in strategy, management and leadership at the HSG and the INSEAD Business School in Paris.

She has extensive experience in digital transformation, the development of new business and revenue models and planning and implementing complex infrastructure projects. Thanks to her wide-ranging experience in consultancy, transformation and strategic implementation at the interface between business, politics and society, she supports changes with a clear focus on innovation, cultural change and effective change management - always with people at the centre.
