Fabrice Zumbrunnen: "It is our job to understand customer expectations"

Market development is no longer in the hands of retailers, but of customers, says Migros CEO Fabrice Zumbrunnen. He explains how he intends to respond to this change in a video interview.

Fabrice Zumbrunnen, President of the Executive Board of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, is convinced that market development is no longer shaped by sellers, but by buyers. "It is our job to understand customer expectations and find the right answers as far as possible," says Zumbrunnen. He argues that staying successful requires an even more proactive customer focus and more positive shopping experiences, both on- and offline.
